Our Weld procedure (WPS) EN15614 allows for welding both stainless and carbon steel for a large range of material thickness’s for both Butt weld and fillet weld requirements.
Mechinox handles all the requirements for pressure design fabrication, which includes but not limited to:
Material procurement and 3rd party verification</li>
Fit up inspection and welding
Post weld heat treatment (when necessary)
Radiography, MPI or Dye penetrate testing by 3rd party inspector
